Check in & Check out

Check in time is 3.00 PM, check out time is 11.00 AM.
We will try to accommodate late check out requests if possible, please inquire with the hotel management.

Please text or e-mail us your estimated time of arrival for check in. We do not have a 24 hour staff /front desk, so it is important that we know what time you plan to arrive so we can check you in.

Breakfast Time

We serve breakfast from 8.00 AM to 11.00 AM daily. If you miss out on breakfast, no worries, we do offer lunch and snack service a-la-carte after breakfast. Please note, that breakfast times are firm and we cannot make exceptions.

Food and Beverage Service

A delicious Breakfast is included in your room rate/additional guest rate. We provide Lunch and Bar Service to our guests from 1.00 PM to 5.00 PM.

For dinner service, please inquire with our on site manager, we can provide pre-ordered dinners for groups of 5 or more guests.

Please note we do not have a communal kitchen and the Commercial Hotel Kitchen is not available for guests to use.

Pets

Sorry we cannot accept pets. Arriving at the hotel with pets that have not been pre-approved by the management will result in the loss of your deposit payment and cancellation of your reservation.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking property and smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms and in the common areas of the hotel.

Reservations

We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation and hold the dates.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days out from the check in date, we require full payment.

Payments

Payments can be made with Credit card in US$ through our website.
If you prefer to pay in Mexican Pesos you can do so through Bank Transfer. Please contact us for Bank Transfer information.

Rates

Base Room Rates are for 2 guests per room. Additional guests are charged at $ 15.00 per day per guest.

Please refer to the maximum occupancy information on the website. If you have questions about occupancy with smaller children, please contact us.

High Season rates apply from October 15 through May 15, Low Season rates apply from May 16 through October 14.

Cancellation policy

50% refund of your deposit for cancellation more than 60 days before your check in date.
No refund for cancellations less than 60 days before check in
As Covid is a known factor in our lives at this point, we offer date changes or refunds for Covid related cancellations.
We recommend buying Travel Insurance to protect yourself in case you need to cancel www.hthtravelinsurance.com
Please note we cannot offer refunds for medical or health related reasons outside of our normal cancellation policy.
