Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made 6 (six) weeks or more prior to the arrival date, 50% (fifty percent) of the deposit will be returned. If cancellation is made less than 6 (six) weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WE BOOK FAR IN ADVANCE, TURNING MANY PEOPLE AWAY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT. FAMILY EMERGENCIES, NATURAL DISASTERS, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS DO HAPPEN. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE ANY RESTITUTION FOR A CANCELLED OR DELAYED TRIP.
Confirmation Policy: A confirmation email will be sent within 24 business hours of the receipt of payment. Should you need to confirm or cancel via telephone, please call one of the numbers listed above.
Package Deals Policies: All package/offers are only valid with prepaid reservations and per availability. All offers are only valid through July 2011. Only one package per room reservation. Some packages are not available through holidays. We reserve the right to cancel or change dates on any trip due to weather and sea conditions. Cancellation of FREE or discounted trips will give the client the right to receive a voucher for a future trip (for FREE or at the discounted rate) valid for 18 months.
