Please Notice;

• Room rates vary slightly given your exact dates, number of rooms you wish to occupy and your length of stay.
• All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional persons include an additional fee of $20USD/night/room.
• Taxes, maid service and WiFi are included in all rates.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The final balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
• Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am.
• If we do not have incoming guests, we are flexible about check out time.

Kitchen Rates:

Use of Kitchen (includes cleaning fee) $USD50 per day or $USD200 per seven day week

Personal Chef and menu are available on request and prices may vary. 

Policies

Privacy Policy: Casa Manzanillo is dedicated to protecting your personal information and will make every reasonable effort to handle collected information appropriately. All information collected, as well as related requests, will be handled as carefully and efficiently as possible in accordance with privacy standards for integrity and objectivity. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made 6 (six) weeks or more prior to the arrival date, 50% (fifty percent) of the deposit will be returned. If cancellation is made less than 6 (six) weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WE BOOK FAR IN ADVANCE, TURNING MANY PEOPLE AWAY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT. FAMILY EMERGENCIES, NATURAL DISASTERS, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS DO HAPPEN. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE ANY RESTITUTION FOR A CANCELLED OR DELAYED TRIP.

Confirmation Policy: A confirmation email will be sent within 24 business hours of the receipt of payment. Should you need to confirm or cancel via telephone, please call one of the numbers listed above.

Package Deals Policies: All package/offers are only valid with prepaid reservations and per availability. All offers are only valid through July 2011. Only one package per room reservation. Some packages are not available through holidays. We reserve the right to cancel or change dates on any trip due to weather and sea conditions. Cancellation of FREE or discounted trips will give the client the right to receive a voucher for a future trip (for FREE or at the discounted rate) valid for 18 months.
