Mexico is renowned for its fresh, spicy cuisine. At Casa Manzanillo, Bed & Breakfast, we want to provide you with the ability to taste all the flavors of Mexico where you can best taste them: freshly made in our own restaurant and in the variety of restaurants, sophisticated and humble, that Troncones has to offer.

Casa Manzanillo provides complimentary breakfast, which includes a variety of fresh fruit, coffee, juice, toast and a menu item for order from the following list:

• French toast
• Pancakes
• Granola with Yogurt
• Eggs “A Su Gusto” (How you like them), served with fresh tortillas, home made salsa and refried beans
  Scrambled, Fried or A la Mexicana

Depending on your personal needs, the kitchen can also be rented for afternoon and evenings. Kitchen usage (including cleaning fee) is $USD50 per day or $USD200 per seven day week. A personal chef and menu can be arranged. Prices will vary so please contact us for details.

A variety of dining opportunities await you in the area. Some locations that you might enjoy include:

• Eden on Manzanillo Bay for a high class dining experience.
• The Inn at Manzanillo Bay for a nice Mexican restaurant, with famous mango tacos for dessert and homemade tequila.
• Samba’s Family Restaurant is an authentic Mexican dinning experience that won’t insult your wallet! Open Monday (tacos) & Thursday (sopes and taquitos).
• Managua village, just around the corner, offers a number of beach front Mexican restaurants with fresh seafood dishes and a beautiful view.
• Also, if you feel like wandering into Troncones there are a variety of restaurants.
